Intro Flight Description:

The “ Intro Flight” includes approximately one hour of flight time in a 4 seat Cessna 172 and a combined total of two hours of instruction relating to the basics of flight controls and aircraft systems. Intro flights are conducted from Montgomery Field in the Kearney Mesa area of San Diego California. The flights are very scenic, usually departing west toward the coastline, then loop Northeast over the San Diego mountain inland areas , then Southwest , back to Montgomery Field.

The objective of the intro flight is to expose the individual to the experience of piloting an aircraft and the basic theory of operation of the flight control systems. All intro flights can be logged as “flight training” and used to meet the experience requirements toward a pilot certificate or rating. A guest may accompany the intro pilot if the combined weight of the guest and intro pilot do not exceed 350lbs.

All flights are conducted at the discretion of the Instructor Pilot and are non-refundable.
